Licensed and third-party materials
The website uses third-party open-source packages through the project dependency tree, as well as licensed Peyda font files supplied by the project owner.
Any future third-party analytics, commerce or email services will carry their own service terms and privacy conditions.
Handoff readiness
If the project is sold or transferred, final acquisition/handoff documents should list which assets are fully transferred, which are licensed, and which need new purchaser-owned subscriptions or agreements.
